Small Steps that Make a Difference

Do you have some area of your life that you keep moving forward, and it is taking a lot of time and energy and you don’t see the end in sight?  It’s taking longer than you thought, more resources are needed or loved ones need more of your attention or something like the coronavirus throws a wrench into your plans.

At times like these a great practice to consider is what small thing can you do to keep moving the needle forward with your health, your relationships, your career and big dreams.

What if you could have what Lisa Nichols calls a “micro-win”.  Yes, a small win today in that area of your life. Maybe start with your surroundings look at whatever when you pass it or think about it drains energy from you.  Maybe it’s a pile you can organize, a call to see a new specialist for your health, a resource for your loved one or a connection for a new job.

Maybe it’s taking time to pause and breathe and give the chatter in your mind a break.  Your micro-wins will give a sense of completion and completion and let us feel we are cause in the matter of our lives, rather than at the effect.

The smallest things can really make a difference.

Together we connect,

Louisa
